Fika [Fee-ka] is a social phenomenon and one that is quickly spreading the world.
Originating in Sweden, it's translated to mean 'coffee with friends', but it really means much more than that.
It is considered important and a legitimate reason to slow down, set aside some quality time to spend with friends and to enjoy the good things in life.
We work to create and provide co-living homes that give landlords and tenants alike the opportunity to do just that.

Sam has a vast background in business and sales working in several different roles within various industries.
Sam initially developed an interest and passion for property some years ago and starting investing himself. After speaking with various landlords about the poor service levels in the lettings and property management sector, Sam identified a gap in the market to deliver an enhanced and more efficiant service which naturally leading to the creation of Fika in 2017.

Kiera started her career as an Estate & Letting Agent before becoming Branch Manager of a large agency at the age just 24.
Strongly believing there was a better way to deliver lettings and property management services, Kiera joined Fika as co-owner and Company Director in 2022.
Kiera also has her own mixed property investment portfolio consisting of single let, HMO and comercial property.

Maddi joins us in her first full time job alongside studying a Level 3 degree in Property Management, and is already NRLA accredited.
Maddi is continuously learning about lettings and property management legislation and assists in the day-to-day operations, expanding her knowledge and becoming more competent each and every day.

Pamela is responsible for the administration of onboarding and offboarding tenants, including the tenant referencing, right to rent checks, handling the deposits and rent payments, and drafting tenancy agreements, ensuring that all tenancies start and end compliantly.

Jennifer is responsible for the maintenance of all managed properties, whether that be certificate renewals or responding to issues raised by tenants, including handling work orders and arranging access for contractors, ensuring that works are completed in a timely manner and that all properties remain compliant.

Our vision is to improve the way that lettings and property management services are delivered to landlords and tenants alike, therein continuing to build upon and grow a profitable business that is valued by our clients and respected by our competitors.

Our goal is to help as many landlords as possible keep their voids to a minimum and profits to a maximum, allowing them more time to focus on and enjoy the financial rewards of their investments.

We promise to be friendly, professional, proactive, courteous and honest in our approach whilst being accountable for our actions at all times.
