Property Maintenance
To report a non-urgent maintenance issue such as a faulty appliance, loss of WiFi, dripping tap, a blocked drain, pest issues, damaged furnishings, or damp and mould, please raise an ticket by clicking the button below.
To report an urgent maintenance issue such as a burst water pipe, a severe roof leak or structural issue, or a complete loss of electricity, heating or hot water, contact us 24/7 by calling 023 9300 8021.
*If you call us out of hours to report a maintenance issue that is not urgent, you may be passed on our call handling charges.
Lock Outs
If you have forgotten your keys, or if they have been lost or stolen and you are locked out of your home, contact us 24/7 by calling 023 9300 8021.
*Please note that you will be liable for the cost of replacement keys and locks as required. If you call us out of hours, you will be connected to our approved locksmith. Call out charges apply.
National Gas Emergency Service
To report a gas leak, or if you can smell gas, contact the National Gas Emergency Service by calling 0800 111 999.
Fire & Rescue Service
To report a fire, or if your fire alarm has activated and you are unsure if there is a fire or not, immediately contact fire & rescue service by calling 999.
If the fire is taking place at your home or you are unable to stop the fire alarm, please also contact us 24/7 by calling 023 9300 8021.
Ambulance / National Health Services (NHS)
If someone is seriously hurt or life is at risk, immediately contact the ambulance service by calling 999.
If you have an urgent medical problem but it is not a life-threatening emergency, or you are concerned for someone else's wellbeing and are unsure what to do, contact the National Health Service (NHS) 24/7 by calling 111.
Police Service
To report a crime in progress, immediately contact the police service by calling 999.
To report a crime that has already happened, suspected criminal activity or suspicious behavior in your area, or to report drug use, contact the police 24/7 by calling 101.
