We carry out a fully comprehensive referencing on all tenants ensuring that they are who they say they are, have a clean credit profile, confirm their income to ensure they meet the required rent affordability, confirm their employment directly with their employer, confirm their current prove of address and obtain a reference from the previous landlord to confirm that they were a "good" tenant.
What's more, we also carry out the same checks on guarantors so we can ensure that they have the means to pay the rent should the tenant fail to do so.
